1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FreeBird mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FreeBird provides eSIM (embedded SIM) services that allow users to purchase and activate mobile data plans for international travel. Our services include:

  • Purchase of eSIM data packages for various countries
  • Instant digital delivery of eSIM activation codes
  • Customer support for eSIM installation and usage
  • Account management and purchase history

3. User Accounts

To use FreeBird services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payment and Billing

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your purchase
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Accept that all sales are final unless otherwise specified
  • Understand that prices may vary by region and package

5. eSIM Usage

When using our eSIM services, you agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not share, resell, or transfer your eSIM to others
  • Comply with local laws and regulations in your usage location
  • Accept that data speeds and coverage depend on local network providers

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing eSIM activation
  • Service unavailability in the purchased location
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Once an eSIM is activated, refunds cannot be issued for unused data.

7. Limitation of Liability

FreeBird and HYPPE TECH LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Network coverage or data speed variations
  • Service interruptions by local network providers
  • Incompatibility with certain devices
  • Loss of data or connectivity issues
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
